Mabintou Kolley is a senior designer, entrepreneur and public speaker working at the intersection of design, technology and commerce. She is the Founder of Kolley & Co, a boutique design agency, and previously co-founded Clamp Digital, a Forbes-featured studio recognised for its innovative approach to digital design.

Alongside her entrepreneurial work, Mabintou is a Senior Product Designer in the cybersecurity sector and is currently building Seekrs, a next-generation personal shopping platform set to launch soon.

Mabintou has been involved with WLGYL since its inception, having designed the organisation’s logo and contributed to numerous panels and events. She now joins the Board of Trustees, bringing creative vision, strategic expertise and a strong commitment to expanding access and opportunity for young women.
