Nicola Paul is a strategist and advisor working at the intersection of leadership, culture and access. She works with organisations to build high-performing cultures rooted in inclusion, trust and accountability. She is also a strategic contributor to inBeta, an AI-driven talent intelligence start-up helping boards and leadership teams make evidence-based decisions about performance, potential and succession. Nicola previously held senior culture-based roles at the John Lewis Partnership and Eversheds Sutherland.
Alongside her advisory work, Nicola serves as a Non-Executive Director at Petersfield Housing Association (PHA), a Trustee at Pompey in the Community (PITC), supporting the charity’s work to create positive social impact through sport and community programmes.
As a Trustee of WLGYL, she brings experience across governance, entrepreneurship and inclusion, grounded in the belief that first-generation young women should have equitable access to professional opportunity and networks.
